Experience:
David has considerable experience working with local, state, and Federal government agencies in a variety of capacities. David served as County Counsel for Coos County immediately prior to joining Stebbins and Coffey. Prior to that, David served as a staff attorney for several agencies within the U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington D.C., where he advised the agency on environmental and regulatory enforcement matters.
